The standard king room with a microwave and bathroom was great. the setting is unbeatable, close to the hill, other getaways, and restaurants. - Conveniently located just 2 miles from Royal Oaks Village.

Everything was good, but a few employees were kind of rude. The rooms were cozy and unique with the jacuzzi tub, couch.

Excellent experience there. Fairly clean hotel, unique rooms, convenient location very close to stores. The rooms with microwave and fridge. Great customer care, parking nearby. Everything good. Location very close to Houston, hill, and another getaway like that. For tea or coffee visit Dunkin' nearby.

The breakfast had everything you need, including scrambled eggs and sausage. the hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the mall, stores, restaurants, and attractions in the Houston area off the Beltway.

The variety of food here was great - there were so many options to choose from. the staff really went out of their way to help us and even suggested some awesome places to check out👍. It's a convenient location, close to different areas and easy to reach if you need a quick escape.

While attending my nieces graduation from the University of Houston, we stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites West Chase in Houston, Texas for two days. Our stay was fine. The front desk staff was very good, especiall the black lady. She was very courteous and friendly.

All was fine. Yes, I would stay at the hotel again in the future. It's not a luxury hotel, but it was okay,

Hotel is in good place, near downtown, to be quiet, to be clean, and clear environment. Staffs have good behavior, friendly. Price is suitable and cheap.

This room is pretty cool - it has a bathroom and a jacuzzi tub, just like they promised. There's also a microwave and fridge, which is convenient. Overall, the facilities here are top-notch! 🌟

It was a good budget hotel with an excellent location for thisntrip to Houston.

Fits the budget, room were comfy, the location was nice, and facilities were clean.

First of all some of the staff were not too courteous. The breakfast buffet was not fiiled on time, they were out of bread and bacon, we waited 3o mins for them to bring out more because my kids wanted some bacon but were dissapointed that they brought out half cooked sausages instead. At the time of our stay a truck just infront of our window downstairs ran its engine or generator too loud that we did not have enough sleep, i believe they were part of a carpet cleaning crew. Everytime we come back after the room was cleaned the exhaust fan inside the bathroom was alwasys off even if the lights inside was on. I really dont get that. Finally we were supposed to be on a non smoking floor but eaverytime we come in and come out the hall would smell cigarette smoke.

The location here is great for business, and the staff are really friendly and polite.

Good location - near w Loop (Toll Way) and not so far from Downtown. Free wireless and free parking available. Nice place to stay a couple days in Houston
